It just open a black screen

I really want to play this game but it just wont open. I use XPS 13 with 8GB ram and a core intel 7i as my grapic processor. I also have a 64-bit operating system. I also try to play another pokemon games like pokemon insurgece but the same thing happens.

make sure that your antivirus isn't blocking the game and try to setup Data Execution Prevention on rgss player (google it with proper tutorials)
