Well i don't think you could get a soothe bell that early in game but the best way would be to make you win battles or wild encounters using your swoobat otherwise i don't think there are ways to do so early gameplay Link to post Share on other sites

Panel because the Gym battle itself is technically beyond the scope of the League, and Flora is even less honor-bound than Angie was.
