Fern rocked up and I refused to bow down to him, so he left (he's a douche, by the way), so now I've been left on my own again. I don't want spoilers of how to get myself out, I assume he'll just come back until I humble myself, but I just wanted to point out that it says I can just Teleport out with Kirlia. JayDo 0 Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 I also used teleport with my Kirlia when I first encountered this. It is a loop hole that is not intended by the plot. I actually teleported immediately, and didn't get Fern's dialog until I came back to the Jungle, and my player just stopped at the entrance of the area, while the speech boxes appeared out of nowhere. I assume it is an oversight, but not one that is necessary to account for, because this plot point serve to cement Fern as the dick that he is. And the point is to stay trapped, at least for a bit.
