[Misc bug] Pokedex Eggs

I am italian, so I'm sorry if I don't speak English perfectly. 

I noticed that, if I miss a pokèmon in the pokèdex but I make an egg of it, the pokèdex signs it as captured even if the egg is not hatched at all.

I have also another problem. The Eelektross egg's design is missing

That is the design for the tynamo Egg normal eggs are green spotted like wynut or Mr mine eggs

 

Also when is it not registering by trade, regular when catching the Pokemon, by shared PC?

Now I got all 733 catchable pokemons. 
When I didn't, if the pokedex signed an empty slot, when I made an egg of that pokèmon, even befor it hatched, the pokèdex signed it as catched.

I've also noticed this.

 

Basically, as I was filling my dex I would have to breed for Pokemon like Sunkern. My dex at first says Sunkern is not caught, which is correct.

 

But at soon as I bred an egg for the Sunkern, my dex said I had caught Sunkern. Technically, yes, I do own a Sunkern, but it's not hatched yet. In the Pokemon series, Pokemon do not normally register in the dex until after they are hatched.
