Thomas 1
Hello people! After beating the game around 2 years ago, I decided to get back at it. Now, in my last run through the game, I didn't attempt to overtake Solaris' Garchomp on Pyrous Mountain. Now, I do want to see what impact there is in beating that Garchomp, and I think that the most reliable way to do so is either through Perish song or destiny bond. I tried the latter, which in my mind was easier to get and just proceeded in bringing that lvl 20 Drifloon to Solaris right away. Only, destiny bond didn't kill it. It damaged it, but this isn't how the move is supposed to be working from my experiences with Pokemon. I understand that this is a known issue that has been resolved after I finished with this game. Meaning my Reborn game isn't the patched up version. What I'd like to know, is if the patched up version makes this move happen right ? Even when you move last? That's all I'd like to know. Thanks for your answers in advance!
The Shady Dealer 14
I made Solaris's Garchomp to faint by using destiny bond, so it's working on the patch of episode 18.
Plok 293
which version of the game are you running?
Thomas 1
Well... It must be recent enough to be the version of the 18th episode so I dunno... Maybe it has to do with the level difference then ? I don't want to risk downloading another reborn game and deleting my saved data :x Edit : Oh, it is episode 17. I see, so I didn't really finish that game, did I ?

You can just delete the whole folder with game.exe, data, etc, and then you can download the newest version (or you can just patch it). BTW, the outcome has no real meaning. I think you'll just get a relationship point for Solaris (which is pretty much usless, like who will want Solaris to like them).
