Monkeeman 0 Posted August 2, 2013 Share Posted August 2, 2013 I've only had this happen with Julia so far, but both Electrode and one of her voltorbs did not give me experience. but the other one did. Don't know if other people have been having the same problem in episode 9 or not with other pokemon trainers (was really upset with electrode that thing would've had a large amount of exp for my starter XD) Link to post Share on other sites
NeoDarklight 0 Posted August 2, 2013 Share Posted August 2, 2013 I'm pretty sure that only applies when you defeat pokemon with certain moves. I know that Knock Down is one of those moves. I'm pretty sure this only applies to moves with certain secondary effects. Link to post Share on other sites

When my golem knocks out pokemon with smackdown, and just smackdown he gains no exp, so I'd assume yes. Link to post Share on other sites

Does the flying type ground, but its immune to disable, tried it on Florinia and she was having none of it. Then there's it skipping a death animation when it kills and awarding no XP when you kill with it. Link to post Share on other sites
