Kokoro 12 Posted May 8, 2019 Share Posted May 8, 2019 Okay so since I hadn't played Reborn in awhile, I downloaded the latest; 18.1.1 and started a brand new game (fresh install, I did not have any older versions on my computer I'm using). I defeated the electric gym leader and one of the items I was said to have got was the ability to use Cut outside of battle. However, I did not find this in my TM/HM bag. I am unable to progress through the area infested with plants since a lot of places are blocked by trees. I went as far as I could (the guy saying to overcome the box) and there seems to be no way through anywhere in that building a bit past him, so I am literally stuck. Unable to progress. Please help! It's not an error, you don't receive TM cut from Julia. You should head east of Opal Ward, where you should find a girl talking to policemen. You should clear the slums and go south once you get out Oh good to know not getting it was not an error xD However, I am in the South Obsidian Ward through the slums, after passing by "you must be smarter than the box guy", I can't seem to go further.
