Missing Zygarde Cells

I'm on Rejuvenation v11 and there are Zygarde cells missing, two examples are the one right next to the Help Center and the other being in the alley by the Munna, I honestly have no idea why.

 

EDIT: I'm using the modular modpack as well.

EDIT 2: It also appears that my Shuppet isn't spawning in the Emerald building

The first one is entirely missing if you check the files with RPG Maker so I have no idea what they did with that one.  Either wait until they fix it, increment it through the debug menu, or place an event down in the area with RPG Maker.  (I can also do that for you if you'd like.)

 

The second one you need to save inside the area at night and then shift the clock to daytime.  Usually the people block off the path, but if you save inside, then you'll be where you had last saved and still remain behind them.  After you collect the cell, then either switch the time back to normal or talk to one of the people blocking the entrance to be let back outside.

 

The Shuppet also only spawns during the night as well.

Thanks a lot Myrrh, my only issue is that I have been going to see Shuppet at night and the event just doesn't trigger. If you are open to placing that event with RPG Maker I would very much appreciate it.

I can take a look at it if you want, I'll just need an upload of your Rejuvenation "Data" folder so I can make the necessary edits.  I'll also send an edited version of mine (I added in the Zygarde Cell by the Help Center in for you) within this message, but it doesn't have the modpack installed.  You can always utilize mine and then swap back to yours after activating the events, however.  Either way works for me though, I just figured I'd give you options to work with.

I'm having issues with the upload, I'm a noob my bad lol. If it is truly those two cells that won't work then I'll live for now but the "data" folder upload just says it's too big or something.
