i was going to do the test your strenght minigame, when the game crashed it ask me if i wanted to save the game, i saved and when i restarted the game i was stuck and couldnt move

You could use one of your previous save files. It will set you back a bit, but then you're not stuck. Rename one of the files where you got the game.rxdata to that name and try it out.
