Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch 1650 Posted March 17, 2019 Global Mods Share Posted March 17, 2019 Groniack is correct, you need to talk to everyone at least once (including Meda and Brutus even if you've already done the double battle by speaking to Ivan, and Litwick after Felicia brings it out) and the story will automatically proceed once you do.
