Sticker help! Please fix

Hi I started this file back in E16 and forgot to find the missing boyfriend in the rom the the arons. Whent back to get him and he is now nowhere to be found.
Is this fixable, the second sticker I#m unable to get is the woman in spinnel, she is never there because it#s always raining. Please fix my file

The missing boyfriend should be there, he won't disappear until a later point in the game(past 13 badges). This should make it a bit more clear where he's located- 

 

As for your weather problem, I have a slight solution for you, if you're okay with mods.

Basically, you download this mod pack from here, and one of the mods will allow you to change the weather from a menu in your pokegear. You don't have to install every mod listed on there either, only the weather mod.

Okay, scratch the above post out. I just went ahead and took a look at your game file to check everything out. For starters I saved in front of the sticker woman in Spinnel town with clear weather for you.

 

As for the sticker you'd receive from the boyfriend whom you'd find in the railnet, you can still get it however, it's different since you waited so long.

After beating Adrein, you will finally get to do the restoration projects in the Grand Hall.    

 

You need to do the "Railnet renovation" project, where the railnet is restored (which means you can no longer go through it). I believe you have to donate a certain amount of money to get the project done, and then after that you can go back to the pokemon center where the girlfriend is and speak to the guy, who will now be there and get the sticker from him then.

 

This is how you get that sticker if you missed it earlier.

It'll take some time. You need to progress in the story a bit before you can work on getting it, but you should get there! Good luck!
