Zoroark Ally Battle Glitch

In double battles with an ally, Zoroark takes on the appearance of the last pokemon of your ally, rather than the last pokemon of your party. Moreover, the last pokemon of your party will also take on the appearance of the last pokemon of your ally. I had this happen when I had Cain with me during the railnet portion of the game (in the Yureyu building I believe?). Greninja was the last pokemon in my party, and Zoroark became Cain's Primarina instead. When I sent out my Greninja, it was also a Primarina in appearance (moveset and ability are still Greninja's).

 

Edit: in single battles, when Zoroark u-turns while its illusion is intact, the incoming pokemon also appears to be the last pokemon in the party. The illusion for the incoming pokemon is not broken upon being attacked.
