Strange Happenings in Peridot

I only recently started playing the Reborn game, and well... just look at what I found.

You can go through the top bits of the gym, and end up there. You can get back down, just this isn't meant to happen, right?

Now the other one, that I couldn't get a screenshot of, is more strange.

I had just beaten Julia, and I walked out. Victoria was in her normal place, so I went to talk to her. It didn't work. I pressed the arrow key in her direction, and walked on top of her. Pressing C to talk to her worked fine. I was still on top of her, and her text went on normally.
