Swampellow 116 Posted January 25, 2019 Share Posted January 25, 2019 No because the Pokemon in Reborn have their generation 7 movesets, and as Power Up Punch is not a TM in generation 7, Kricketune cannot learn it via TM in gen7, which means it cant learn it in Reborn via TM.
