Merging ep 9 to your game folder

Hey, pardon me for not knowing how, but I don't exactly know how to 'merge' the new episode 9 update into my current pokemon reborn game folder. I've downloaded the .zip file and extracted it and manually copy-pasted the update folder into my game folder. I have also tried to extract the files into the game folder itself, but I still can't run episode 9. Am I missing/forgetting something? Sorry for such a nooby question. It seemed simple enough but I guess not. :s

Ahahahha, just kidding... If you already have the previous version, just download the update and drag and drop its contents into the Episode 1-8 version. If not, download the complete game. Then tah daaaah! Episode 9. You're welcome, that will be 4.95$...

You're not the only one with problems, my turn. I don't know if there are more problems (haven't noticed any) but my game doesn't come with music. It has sound effects but no music. Does anyone have an explanation for that or no?

The audio problem is fixed if you just fully download the new episode, not the update. Don't delete the old one or anything just load the game from the new folder you create and it will retrieve data from your save file.

I played around with it for a while trying to figure that out. I wouldn't even bugger with the update, just the full download.

Thanks, I guess it was that simple. All I did was drop the contents inside the update folder into my episodes 1-8 version, and click "replace files in destination". I'm on Windows 8 if that matters at all.
