Wingulls 0 Posted July 26, 2013 Share Posted July 26, 2013 When attempting to do most anything after updating I receive the following error: So far it happens when interacting with HM items (Boulderers/Rock Smash Rocks/Trees), when trying to save, and when interacting with NPC's and event Pokemon (like the Zangoose I'd saved in front of a few days ago), and the newly added signs. Thus I am now unable to do anything. EDIT: Forgot to mention, I first just updated from 8 to 9, but I've since removed it and freshly installed and it continues to happen. EDIT2: Attempting to open the PC I got a different error, though related it seems: Starting a new game it seems I do not receive the error though. Link to post Share on other sites

Void Hollow 1 Posted July 26, 2013 Share Posted July 26, 2013 My game didn't receive any errors this episode. However, something weird happened... I was going to store my Ditto in the box, but I accidentally misclicked a direction button and C. The direction button lead me onto the Leafeon in my team, and the menu appeared. Nothing weird until then, but when I pressed Z to quit the menu and properly put Ditto in a box, it redirected me out of the PC, and Ditto suddenly vanished (I checked all my boxes and team, it wasn't anywhere). I had just took it out of the Day-Care, after it raised 42 levels (yep, I forgot him in there for some time). Link to post Share on other sites

It's a good thing I wasn't planning on using my Ditto again. ...Well ok, maybe I was, but only when I get another badge and I can get my Serperior to level 62. Between episode 8 and 9 the window frame and speech frames were changed, and it seems like this error happens whenever a message box appears. So my idea is- load up the Episode 8 thing if you have it still, and go into options, and choose a different (probably the default??) window/speech frame things. Then see if the Episode 9 ones work. Kingd353 0 Posted July 27, 2013 Share Posted July 27, 2013 my game crashes before it can even get to the continue new game options screen i noticed alot of poeple are saying ti's because of font changes and that u have to opne your episode 8 folder but i don't have my episode 8 folder so 2 questions 1. is there anyway for me to fix this without having to start over i put way to much work into my game and idk if i'm willing to go thorugh all of it again >.> 2. can u please avoid changing fonts in future releases...... i'm sorry if i sound rude for sayign this but there is no need to do somethign thats just gonna cause extra hassle for us like changing fonts that straight up crash everything x.x Link to post Share on other sites

Everytime I go to (the place that got destroyed by earthquakes but Team Meteor did ) and go to the top floor , after defeating the doctor , when Anna says * Im going after him ) and Cain goes in front of her nothing happens (there isnt a dialogue , I cant move , I cant enter the menu or anything but the music keeps playing what should I do ?
