Which moves are used (other than fake out), which pokemon are attacking with those moves, do pokemon other than donphan still flinch to your fake out? Link to post Share on other sites

Even though it still damages them. Also a Rockruff with steadfast got the flinching speed buff, but it still moved. I don't know why Donphan doesn't flinch. This issue seriously needs to be fixed.
