Breeding Issues

Im assuming that Ame is using the B2W2 format with the Breeding system. so if im right, pokemon, either the mother or father, with the everstone will have their nature be passed on 100% of the time. Does anyone have thoughts on this or have anyone tried this yet just to have a confirmation?

The Everstone nature-passing mechanic has existed since Emerald if I recall, so it's extremely likely that it does work. Don't quote me on that, though.

I've heard of eggs crashing the game but I don't remember exactly what was causing it, if Inuki or Ame ever found out.

That was fixed. It was ability-inheritance that crashed it, so that was removed. Nature-inheritance should still exist, but this is the first I've heard about BW2 having that at 100%

If I were to take a guess, it's probably still based off of Emerald's 50%. The upcoming episode may or may not change that, but I would be surprised if the scripter remembered to include that.

Does having a pokemon with magma armour or flame body, for example, Macargo decrease the egg cycle by 2 everytime an egg is hatched? Or is that not implented yet?

Hey, I have been breeding two tynamos, one with an everstone, hoping to get a shiny. I heard that the shiny rate is increased even more through breeding, but I've hatched about 100 eggs so far and still nothing? does the everstone have anything to do with it?

Everstone is for nature passing from Mother only, if it's based on Emerald. If it is based off of B/W 2 then its either Mother/Father. Shiny rate may be increased, but i dont know how much and the original is 1/8132? I believe.
