Why is my file going corrupt?

This month three diferent versions of the same file im  playing  have gone corrupted and it happens every time I  try  to go for the larvitar. Does anyone know why is this happenig?

Did this all happen with the same game or did you try downloading it again? And what exactly do you mean by "corrupted", how does it show?

i re-downloaded, but kept using my same save file. it go corrupted so i used abckupp save from over 100 hours ago. i did every thing again until  i started doing the larvitar puzzle, when i got there i saved annd i tried opening again, but i got the same erro as last time. I  tried again doing nothing except going for the larvvitar and this happened again.

I dont think there's a lot you can do to avoid save file corruption, but if you go to your settings and change the backup settings more and more recent backups should be generated
