Altarianite puzzle can be broken if u are not carefull

I was playing version 18 when I found the altarianite puzzle, I was mindlessly switching the glass blocks and now the puzzle is broken without being able to optain the altarianite. Going in and out of the room and building does not reset the room.
    

I did it like this: The  picture below is how the room looks like in the start. The numbers will be according to that picture

Well, I mean it´s not a bug. You can miss out on the glass factory items in general if you just play the story. That´s why I think that they will be obtainable again later in the game.
