I noticed that Hidden Power wasn't dealing much damage so I switched the Roserade's ability to test and the damage didn't change, meaning that Hidden Power isn't getting boosted by technician when it should since it's a 60 base power move. Hidden Power iirc has actually got a varying base power that can be ABOVE 60 or below it. Link to post Share on other sites

That's why I created this post, considering the game uses gen VII battle mechanics. The tooltip for Hidden Power even states it has 60 base power. Link to post Share on other sites
