Move Relearner won't teach old move...

I evolved my Persian *after* getting Pay-Day. However, i deleted it in favor of Swift, to have an easier time against Shelly's battle... Now that i unlocked move Relearner and went to her to get back Pay-Day, it doesn't show up in the available moves.

It's clearly a bug, because:

From Generation VI onward, the Move Reminder can also teach EGG MOVES and *SPECIAL MOVES IT HAD PREVIOUSLY FORGOTTEN*. (For example, if a player evolves a Numel that knows Double-Edge into a Camerupt, that Camerupt will have access to Double-Edge if it ever forgets the move, even though it does not normally learn it)

Could you please highlight the specific words in a different colour? it is painful to try read it.

Prevo-only moves do not qualify for the range of the move reminder. I ran into this with Boomburst from Vibrava to Flygon yesterday and thought it was strange, but apparently that's how USUM behave still.

The only moves you can remind are those from the level up pool (regardless of current level; this doesn't seem to be present in Reborn for balance reasons) and those the Pokémon was born with (egg moves, event moves).

According to Bulbapedia, this is a bug... It even gives the Double-Edge Camerupt example. Moves known by a prior evolution, then forgotten, SHOULD qualify for move-Reminder.

It is a bug that keeps dragging on... I felt it on my skin on previous runs of mine when I accidentally made my Masquerain forget Hydro Pump that I had bred on it...

Bulbapedia says...

Additionally, starting in Generation VI, a Pokèmon can be taught a move that it can not normally learn via level up if its previous evolution evolved into it knowing said move. For example, if a player evolves a Numel that knows Double-Edge into a Camerupt, that Camerupt will have access to Double-Edge if it ever forgets the move, even though it does not normally learn it.

There is a workaround for your issue (solved mine, too)! Use Ironfaar's mod, the one which enables move Relearner to make a pokemon remember Pre-evolution moves! I use it together with Waynolt's mod, the one which enables move Relearner to teach egg moves to a pokemon!

Masquerain can remember Hydro Pump just fine (even if you never bred it on it)! Same thing can help you make pokemon sets that are unavailable yet, like that Extremespeed Dratini, or any other egg move that can only trasnfer, from previous generations. That's not illegal, i believe, since Reborn doesn't have "generations", event pokemon and the like, plus, current "egg-move" charts, already exist as is and are considered valid (like the Bulbapedia entries)!
