SakuraKinkai 2 Posted September 7, 2018 Share Posted September 7, 2018 Spoiler Hello, at the mooswater market I'm looking for the move tutor in the "Tim's Teachin' Tent" (He teaches Superpower, Heat Wave, Earth Power and Outrage) and the older guy in the lower left corner (He teaches Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon and Draco Meteor). I have seen them in the youtube video of Dai Laughing. I've been looking for them for 3 days now and I'm wondering if they only come to a certain time or weather condition? All the other move tutors are there. Hi Sakura, more move tutors appear as you get more badges. Also they're only there during day time (not sure whether weather affects them though).
