I found this one rather by accident. If you defeat a wild Pokemon or a trainer's last Pokemon with a Z-Move, you don't get any EXP. I tested this on wild Pokemon and on Clown Indra. Defeating his first mon with a Z-Move gave me EXP but not if it was his last Pokemon.  I tested this with Devastating Drake and Breakneck Blitz.
