Underwater Field physical move debuff

Noticed that some damage output was VERY off, checked the field guide vs the scripts and saw the discrepancy.

 

Field guide says that physical water moves that aren't water type do half damage, except in actuality they're doing roughly 0.667x damage as seen by how the phys bulk of the opposing Pokemon gets multiplied by 1.5x instead of 2x.
