Static Mon's get Breeding Moves?

Not sure if this is intended or not, but for both Nummel and Growlithe, i noticed whislt soft resetting for IV's and Abilities, that the last move in their move pool can become Iron Head and Close Combat respectively. I checked and both of those are possible moves for their respective Pokemons but only by breeding. Tested the Growlithe with and without  mods and it still happens. If its intened that static mons can get breeding moves ignore this post. I just thought i'd share something i noticed.
