Metagrossite is not in the game yet.

As for the other its iirc on route 2.On the route with the crustle puzzle.You will need rock climb.

But somewhere in a post I read it  says its in the beta release atleast. And i cannot  find  aerodactylite at the required place(Exit form agate circu to route 2 - the first rock climb in front of you)

Theres total 3 rock climbs which lead to stairs to Calcenon City but I cannot find The megastone there .
