[Fixed] Meowstic learning a TM move it shouldn't

Spoilered for the TM's availability. Also sorry if this isn't the right section, was not 100% sure if this is Misc errors or Battle Errors, since it involves learnsets and not necessarily a move's in-battle functions.

So I went and picked up the TM for Focus Blast, to double check if Noivern could learn it like I remembered it being able to.

 

Turns out, I was remembering correctly, but got quite a shock when it said my Meowstic could learn the TM as well. After checking around, I confirmed that I wasn't misremembering in this case, either- Meowstic should not be able to learn Focus Blast. As much as I love my psychic kitty friend, and wish that he could, this is definitely a bug.
