[E18 Community, Known] Surfing on land

On Route 4 where the waterfall is you can stand on a specific stone and pressing the action button asks it if you can use surf on it. After selecting yes the animation begins and now i stand on the stone with the surf animation. it didn't take long jumping a few stones where i can surf on land. Also there is no wild encounters on the grass while surfing.
