Sure, it goes out and in but it does not even get effected by either powders! Also, yes I did not drop said powders and I doubt it would stop animation even if I did. I've seen this happen a few times. Generally using rage power and defeating it to reset it works fine. If you are not able to do that either just post your file and I'll get it out of the way.
