Issue with Titania Double Battle

The details of what happened: 

Entered a double battle with Titania, few turns pass.

Aegislash used King's Shield

Gourgeist used Phantorm Force

Aegislash takes damage, heals with leftovers

After this, the same error message popped up whenever something tried using a move other than my Pokemon.

 

EDIT: Once the Gourgeist fainted, I became unable to do anything in the battle until after I made her Aegislash faint, and then the battle returned to normal.
