Cloning glitch

So... I was trading with my sister today but while we were on the "waiting..." screen after you accepted to trade a pokemon, my computer minimized the tab because it was wanting to update my antivirus, when I clicked back on, I saw the trade happen. But hers said she had a connection error. And when i got back to the overworld, I saw my team had been erased and replaced with hers. (My ditto I traded her and the yungoos which she had traded me back a shiny she had wanted to give me) This was done while I was in vanilla.

Has this happened to anybody else? and that aside, how do I change my save to a backup?

yea connection errors at certain times can mess things up a bit like that.

for loading a backup, find your save folder (check the reborn faq if you don't know how) and then you delete game.rxdata, and rename one of the other files that are named with name/playtime/badges to game.rxdata
