Leppa Berry in battle

If you choose a Leppa Berry and a pokemon to use it, you can't cancell its use while in move choosing screen
This happens only in battle, outside of it you can cancel it normally

I've got this error while I tried to use a Leppa Berry in battle. The pokemon I used it was a Dugtrio and the move was Icicle Crash with 0 pp (I know the combination is illegal, I was testing some things)

Then I end up in a glitchy menu that was asking to select a move to restore pp and after pressing the cancel button I returned to battle where the whole screen was black
