Can't get Toxic Spikes to work on any field so far in episode 17 update

Greetings,

First of all, this is my first post, and I'm sorry if someone answered this somewhere already. Since I updated to episode 17 which was last week (shame on me, I know...) I haven't been able to use my Drapion's Toxic Spikes effectively in any field so far (desert and the Titania's gym), is this due to the field's type or is it effectively a bug? Again I'm sorry if someone answered this already, but I can't find the answer anywhere. Cheers and keep up the good work, the game is being great so far :)

Thanks :)

So far I faced four different trainers. With all of them I started the battle with Toxic Spikes. The move seems to work fine as before but it only worked out normally with the Clown in Agate Circus. I faced the trainer near the Oasis. First he has Dhelmise, which wasn't affected as normal, than the second pokemon and beyond are not affected by Toxic Spikes as they should have been. The fisherman near the lighthouse also starts with Dhelmise, and then he throws a Hariama which should have been affected by the move but wasn't. Then he throws a Magnezone which isn't affected which is normal, but Hariama should have been. Finally in Titania's gym I used the move, Sandslash wasn't affected but I think at least Empoleon should have been, the others I'm not sure because they are from Steel type (Empoleon is also steel, I know). Once you use the move it stays active for a whole battle right? At least before it worked like that...

Steel types can't be poisoned in any way outside of Salazzle with Corrosion. So Titania's pokemon are not affected as they should. For the guy in the oasis what other pokemon did he had? I know he has a Gliscor which is a flying type and isn't affected by Toxic spikes at all (as all flying types aren't affected). As for the fisherman, did you happen to fight him while you were on water? Cause if yes, the water surface fields terminates spikes/toxic spikes if you read the field notes. If you were on land then yes, Hariyama should have been poisoned in which case it is totaly a bug. Also have in mind that if a poison type pokemon switch into while Toxic Spikes are up they get absorbed
