Slow battle

suddenly after the devon corp incident, the battles became laggy

before that devon part battles were super smooth

even now whole gameplay is smooth except battles

is this a bug or problem of my pc??

Lag is relatively normal and more than your pc or a bug it's an issue with the game engine in which reborn is built. There's not a lot the devs can do to reduce lag, but you can try to not run any other programs while playing and disabling the in-battle animations (in the settings -> battle scene: off).
