   I tried to talk to the girl in the daycare couple quest (rescue them and talk to a girl to receive a mystery egg) after the daycare couple quest (in reality was a long time after i rescued the couple, was on the e16 start) and she talks to me like I was received the egg but i didn't and I want so much a clamperl ): .

She disappears after the city restoration, but if you're looking for Clamperl you can find them underwater in the Celestinine and Ametrine mountains.

I'm still didn't restored the city and i no have dive , I'm in part after escaping of subseven

Ah, my bad, misunderstood what you meant by start of e16. This might be a bit obvious, but did you talk to her more than once? The way the event is set up means you need to talk to her a second time for her to recognise you've rescued the couple, even if you've done it before you talk to her the first time. If that's not it then you can upload your save file and I can take a look at it.

 

And just as a heads up, a lot more options were added for the egg in e17, so if you started the save file in e16 or earlier then you're pretty unlikely to get a Clamperl due to how the randomisation is set up. If you don't get it and you don't want to wait until you get Dive to get one then you can ask for one in the online play forum.
