Not in reborn apparently. Reborn goes by S/M mechanics, not US/UM mechanics. There were not move tutors in S/M, so Gen 7 mon won't get move tutor moves until next episode. If you are impatient, there is a mod that modifies the move list to US/UM Link to post Share on other sites
