[Misc] Teddiursa chase and a certain static encounter are bugged

So, after the while of chasing the damn thing around on a fresh playthrough, I've noticed it started to run around in a fixed pattern (since I wanted to see what happens when you run from it).

 

The thing, it can appear in two places at once during the cycle. Twice, in fact:

-When it runs away from stations, it runs to Mosswater Factory and under the Opal Bridge. Teddiursa cloning much, huh?

-When it runs away from Mosswater it runs to the Mart spot... while simultaneously not running away from Mosswater spot (the thing wants to eat cake and have the cake apparently), so it's now in both places at once.

It gets fixed itself if it's at any other part of the cycle.

 

I doublechecked and pretty sure this happens on Public Release of E17 so yeah. inb4 it doesn't

 

PS. Additionally, since I am an evil person that checks the game's code, I have noticed something.

Regardless of what RNGesus chooses, the variable is turned off, meaning Wimpod never replaces Blitzle.
