Candy 1688
So according to Bulbapedia, Trick-or-Treat should add ghost-typing to the opponent, but here it just changes the opponent's type to ghost. So if you use the move on a normal type, you can hit super-effective with a ghost move, when it should still be no effect. I'll update when I get an appropriate pic.
Global Mods Dreamblitz 1056 Posted January 18, 2018 Global Mods Share Posted January 18, 2018 there's an NPC that tells you this somewhere in the game, so it's intentional. same with things like forests curse. My guess is that it's a limitation of rpgmaker/pokemon essentials?
Candy 1688
Oh! nvm sorry I didn't read that NPC's text before I posted. I think it makes things a little easy from the start, but if it's a limitation, I can live with it no prob
