Found More Pokedex Form Mistakes

when looking at Mimikyu's forms in the Pokedex, it initially doesn't show which form you're looking at.  if you press "a" (Z, C, Enter, etc.) and switch to the other form, it suddenly tells you which form it is.  going back to the first form then makes it finally show up.  if you press "a" again to select the form, you can then exit, and the form name will still be there next time you open that mon.  however, if you press "b" (X, Escape), the form name will only be temporary — exiting and going back causes it to disappear again:

I haven't gone through the whole Dex though, so it's possible that there are more like these

 

UPDATE:  this is also the case for at least Exeggutor, Muk, and Ninetales as well (but not Grimer or Vulpix)
