[E17] Inaccessible hidden item in desert when traveling with follower

More of an oversight than a bug, but the hidden item next to the Stone Plate in Tourmaline Desert is impossible to get when Taka is with you:

Yeah, it doesn't seriously break anything, but it looked like an unintentional oversight to me? If I'm wrong and the devs really did want to make sure you can't get this one item with Taka around, then no big deal, but I thought it was worth pointing out.

I hear ya, I just don't think it's something that would really be worth fixing but i'm not the devs or Ame and they both can be full of surprises
