Blue Moon Ice Cream is a 200 HP heal and supposedly maxes out friendship on top of that- except it doesn't. It does come close, however! Images detailing the process I used to confirm after my initial experience with Type: Null who is a friendship evolution with a base happiness of zero: I initially thought this was an in-battle vs out-of-battle thing because I'd used a second one, and the second one worked; I wasn't using debug mode at the time though and wasn't able to directly check happiness. Post-battle I dropped a rare candy like I did the first time, and... nothing! but not n o t h i n g: Clearly, it did go up. But not all the way, and not even enough to evolve. Your government has lied to you and now we must rise up to voice our desire for the truth something something whatever it's a funny joke because I am your government.
