[E17] Certain Ability does not activate, seemingly only in Hazardous weather

Speaking of Disguise, works 100% in normal weather, but fails to activate in hail. Have not tested in other weather besides default and hail so far. Testing was done at Agate Circus with repeatable clown battle, and desert area.

What do you mean by fails to activate in Hail? What is it not doing that it's meant to?

Are you sure the opponent didnt have mold breaker?
