[Known]Mega Stones

So I'm not sure if this was fixed, but mega stones previously obtained in E16 does not automatically move to the new Crystals tab in the bag. You need to equip them onto a pokemon and then unequip them. But it has the added side effect of duplicating the item. I found out since I was frustrated looking for Mega Stones only to find out that I already had them and I was wasting my time haha.
