Z-moves broken for me

Whenever i use a Z-Move i get a message and nothing happens afterwards. Same happens when trainers use it in battle. Did i not install something properly? I'm kinda lost here.

When did you download E17 + are you using the weather mod?

 

This is a known issue in early downloads of E17 that has since been fixed, so redownloading should sort out the problem.

That said, if you downloaded E17 recently, are you using the weather mod? It's known to cause this issue as well.

 

(Also in future, please post what the error message actually says so we can better identify issues!)

That's only because I was using the Scripts.rxdata file from that early download you mentioned. ><
An user was kind enough to send me the updated file without having to redownload E17, so it should be fixed in the mod now too.
(At least I hope so... haven't unlocked the Z moves in my E17 playthrough yet )

ah yeah im using the weather mod alright so would just removing it solve the problem? or rather redownload?

Both removing or redownloading the mod should fix it.
