[Fixed] Psychic Terrain Z-Move error

Shattered Psyche used on Psychic Terrain procs the following Error:

This was seen on the most recent version of E17 with the Z-Move script fix.

 

Edit: Further testing shows that it occurs with any Z-move on Psychic Terrain.
