[Fixed] Psychic Terrain Error

[Phandaria 2]

I was testing psychic terrain for psychic team. It is currently unusable and leads to turn skipping for both mine and foe pokemon.

 

Is this happen only on my side or for others as well? You can test out by having Musharna re-learn it from the lady at Onyx Ward.
