[fixed] Crystal Cavern Not boosting Certain moves(E17 spoilers I guess?)

The field effect guide for Crystal Cavern lists Multi Attack is a move to be boosted by 1.5.  I used it in various crystal cavern areas, and either it's not supposed to be boosted, or it just wasn't made to be boosted by the field.  For reference: Silvally had no memory held whilst using it.
