Anti_Hero 63
Hello, Well I noticed that the AI had some strange behaviour in Julias battle (till then everything went smootly) I started with Braixen Lv17 and began to set up speed with flame charge. I used up one of julias Potion and then she just would switch her pokemon (when they had about half health) Basically the battle was Braixen couple flame charges and then ember them all, she would just keep switching only ocasionally attacking till only one was left. I don't know if this is really an error, but I found this behaviour strange.
Zargerth 254
I noticed this too. Both Julia and Florinia kept switching Pokemon for whatever reason. Corey's AI on the other hand didn't do anything odd.
Plok 293
could both of you give us even more info? did you only spam flame charge or use something else?
Anti_Hero 63
with braixen I started with flame charge (i think it was 2) then ember, she switched the second time she got bellow half health with her lead (in ep 16 she would have healed again). when she had the next pokemon with little health I used flame charge again. After beating 2 pokemon I gained psybeam and keep spaming ember and psybeam. I didnt use other moves besided these and didnt use any items (including hold items). I can still acced my save before the fight, I may try to recreate it if you want

Julia: After I defeated her A-Geodude with Goldeen, she sent out her Voltorb. I used Water Pulse but since it was a bit short of 2HKO, I switched out to my Torracat. Julia also switched out and sent out Plusle. I OHKO'd it, Julia sends out Voltorb again, only to double switch to Oricorio. After I had KO'd Oricorio, she again sends out Voltorb, finally letting it get defeated. Florinia: I lead with Vanillite. It barely survives Maractus' Needle Arm, I use Icy Wind. It takes about 60 % of Maractus' health. Florinia switches out to Breloom. Icy Wind is 2HKO to Breloom too, but instead of using Mach Punch to finish off my Vanillite, Florinia switches Breloom out and sends Cottonee. She keeps rotating between Maractus, Breloom and Cottonee until they are all defeated. After that she finally sends out Ferroseed. Just like Anti_Hero mentioned, the AI started switching out if their mon had less than half of it's health left.
Anti_Hero 63
Ok this happened to me again against Florina. Bellow is the description of the battle Spoiler I start with Swobat florina with Maracus 1 I use Air Cutter (the only attack I used with this pokemon) and made maracus to about 40% of her original health, maracus used spykes 2 Florina switches into Ferroseed, seed activates and suffers Air Cutter, 3 Air Cutter and Ferroseed used sandstorm 4 Air Cutter and beat Ferroseed 5 Brelom comes in and switches to Maracus who gets Air Cutter (faint) 6 Breloms comes again and switches to Cottonee (Faint to Air Cutter) 7 Brelom comes another time but leaves for cacneca who survives an Air cutter 8 Potion (super potion?) for Cacneca and another air cutter 9 Florina switches to Brelom and faints to Air Cutter 10 Cacneca comes in to faint to Air Cutter 11 Cradily comes to play and from here on the battle is harder... I believe the AI determines that the said pokemon would faint next to the last attack used and switches to another, the problem is that since it is supper efective it does a lot of damage it creates a loophole. The AI has 3 options, 1 switch, 2 Potion, 3 Try to fight it out. Since my pokemon was faster option 3 wouldnt make sense, only keeping to use potions doesnt make sense either. the problem with option 1 is that the switch in looses a lot of health crippling 2 pokemon isntead of loosing one. If Florina had switched to Cradily it would have been better for her. I hope it helps
