Screenshot taken from South Aventurine forest. As you can see, there is no nearby honey tree that could be use to move this destroy this log using pinsir. This log blocked the pathway for obtaining Heracross/Pinsir.

If the log isn't there (as in 1st pic) the path leads to the honey tree where pinsir could be used to destroy the log around the red circle on the 2nd picture (sorry I destroyed the log already) which allowed access using Tauros to:

Seriously, I had to waste like 3 hours of my time looking for the tree and path which I can destroy the log from the first picture. Since I cannot find the source after like remembering all the path in the forest, I had to debug myself teleporting to the heracross/pinsir location to backtrack how the path is supposed to be.

As far as I can remember it was a puzzle that you had to go back and forth to b able to do it. But the point is I could cleat everything without the use of debug mode, it is possible but you may need to take some detours

not a bug, before doing pinsire/herra part you need to do tauros and bouffalants events to clear most of logs

Really appreciated the help from members all around here. I reloaded my previous save before I used debug mode (Praise the sun for backup save!) then I decided to fight all the tauros to see if one of the bouffalant may decided to crash into the log and one of them exactly did! Thus, this is indeed not a bug. Because the puzzle was so confusing even the video sometimes made me skipped a step. Thanks guys! Consider this post is closed and resolved ☺
